The "cat burglar" turns out to be Circe, who has escaped imprisonment to torment Hippolyta's daughter Diana by turning her into a pig. Batman turns to Zatanna the magician for her help in restoring Wonder Woman to her original human form, but none of her magics are able to break Circe's spell. As they attempt to purchase help from a vendor in magical items in order to locate where Circe went, the porcine Wonder Woman breaks free from her leash and ends up running loose through the city. Batman and Zatanna bring in a few Justice League members to help find Wonder Woman, with Bwana Beast tracking her down to a pig farm that's actually part of a butchery. In the meantime, Batman and Zatanna contact Themis, who in turn brings forth Circe's former cellmate Medusa with any information on where they could find Circe. Medusa tells them that Circe can be found at the Ampitheatre where her "statues" can be found. Batman and Zatanna transport to the Ampitheatre where Circe attempts to woo her "captive audience" with her musical talent. After a brief battle with Circe's minions, Batman offers up "something valuable" of his in exchange for having Wonder Woman being restored to normal -- his own singing talent, which leaves Circe and Zatanna in tears just listening to his <b>...</b>

As we all know, Superman: Brainiac Attacks, although isn't officially part of the DC Animated Continuity*, still had designs and templates/background used from the DC universe, specifically the design of characters like Superman, Lex Luthor, Brainiac, etc. So I recently decided to edit only the opening and ending of the film to allow this film to be seen as part of the DCAU, set in a parallel dimension/reality/universe to the main universe in which most of the stories are set. The idea was given to me after having seen Justice League's "A Better World", which showed how Justice LEAGUE, and in particular Superman, had taken a different route in their lives after that reality's Luthor had done yet another bad deed. With this new opening and new ending, the story within is now a retelling of the events by Nu Brainiac. In this ending, Nu Brainiac concludes the story by reciting HOW the "Brainiac Attacks" Brainiac survived thanks to Luthor, and how after Luthor's death in "A Better World"'s flashback scene, he became aware of a transdimensional portal that could take him to a parallel universe. He also says that it was the film's Brainiac's idea to fuse with the Brainiac from Superman: The Animated Series (last seen, chronologically, in the episode "Knight Time"), so as to become all-powerful. He also concludes that he has reached that goal, and has now set a new goal.
